Basic gives you a free, approximated replacement cost localized to your zip code with a component-level summary. Detailed provides a precise cost result with full category and line-item pricing, data source transparency, and downloadable PDF reports you can share.
What does the Appraiser tier add?
On top of everything in Detailed, the Appraiser tier includes Cost Approach with age-life depreciation analysis, Cost to Cure reports, component-level mixed-condition support, an auto-generated appraiser narrative, and reviewer-ready documentation.
Can I try ReCost™ before paying?
Yes. The Basic tier is completely free — generate an approximated replacement cost for any property to see how ReCost works before upgrading.
Is there a subscription option?
